• Once you are pre-qualified, your realtor will interview you regarding your wants and needs.  Which area of town is best for you and your family, schools, how close do you wish to be from work, etc.

• There may be 5,000 or more homes on the market, but after interviewing you thoroughly regarding your wants and need, you’ll find that the choice might be reduced to a hundred or so.  A good realtor will be able to review these homes and narrow the field down even further.  Then, it’s off to preview homes!
